Our Training courses

Our trainings are classroom-based and end with international accreditation. We offer two levels:

Each training is a combination of proven theoretical knowledge and practical solutions ready to be applied in daily coaching work.

ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning

A basic level course aimed at those starting out in motor preparation. Participants gain the fundamental knowledge and skills to design training programs for players at the club and regional level. The training combines theory and practice and covers topics such as:

The course lasts 2 days (it combines classroom and self-paced online pre- and post-training) and culminates in an internationally recognized accreditation. It is ideal for novice coaches and those working with young athletes who want to gain a solid foundation in physical preparation

ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning

The second level of ASCA certification is designed for coaches with hands-on experience working with athletes. It focuses on building individualized training programs for high-performance athletes, along with in-depth analysis and monitoring of the athletic development process.

Requirements: Completion of ASCA Level 1, a minimum of 2 years of coaching practice, and documented experience working with athletes or sports teams.

The course lasts 32 hours (4 days) and combines intensive practical classes with theory, offering participants comprehensive preparation for working with advanced athletes in a variety of sports
