Michał Grzegorczyk – S&C PL2
I am a motor preparation trainer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in working with children, adolescents, professional athletes and people returning to full fitness after injuries. My special interests are volleyball, table tennis and combat sports, and in my work I always focus on an individual approach and practical results.
My charges are participants in international tournaments, such as world and European championships, as well as players in the top leagues in their disciplines. In my career I had the honor of training, among others, a two-time Olympian, which is proof of the effectiveness and high quality of my work.
I am currently working with the Polish Volleyball Federation, where I conduct training for coaches. In my daily work, I use modern technologies such as VBT (Velocity-Based Training) and force platforms (Force Plate), which allow me to precisely monitor and optimize the training process.
I am the founder and manager of a project that aims to educate coaches and develop athletes at every stage of their career.
Motto – “Only coaches who believe in beginners can create athletes”. – therefore my mission is to support both coaches and athletes to reach their full potential.

I am a master’s degree in physiotherapy and an ASCA lvl 1 certified motor preparation coach, and have taken many courses in physiotherapy and coaching over a 7-year career. Looking for ways to best help patients how to achieve better and better results in sports, I have shaped my methodology and philosophy, which I follow when working with professional, high-performance, amateur athletes, as well as people without much motor experience. I believe that correct motor teaching, re-education of movement is the key to success in the fight against pain and injury.
On a daily basis, I combine my work in the physiotherapy office solving our body’s puzzles with implementing specific corrective methods in the training room. After hours, I try to keep up with my sprinters, who, due to my sports past, are the apple of my eye. I supplement my face to face work with meticulously drawn up training programs.
